Typically 48 hours from agreement to tester working in your environment. This assumes environment access can be arranged quickly. If procurement or security processes take longer, we work around your timelines.
What if the tester doesn't work out?
Every engagement includes senior test management oversight. If issues arise, they're identified and addressed immediately. For longer engagements (3+ days), we can swap testers if needed, though this is rare given our vetting process.
If you're not satisfied with the first day's work, you don't pay for that day.
